mavo press LPR 1000-400/50

This press has been designed for use with Walker-type multi-anvil modules. Due to its framework construction it is lighter, more compact and can be produced at a lower cost than the mavo press LP1000-540/50 in column-type construction. The tool mounting space is smaller and cannot be accessed as easily as in the 4-column design because the frames are closed at their sides.

This downstroke press is characterized by a conventional hydraulic system actuated manually through the touch buttons or automatically through the control system (with monitoring by sensors). This ensures that the press can be opened quickly and high-speed movements can be carried out in the low-pressure range to gain access to the tool.

The control in the high-pressure range is effected by a dynamically driven servo gearmotor. This motor acts on the pressure transmitter through a low-backlash spindle lifting element and achieves a press capacity of 10MN at a maximum hydraulic pressure of 700 bar. Precise, digital pressure transducers in the pressure transmitter and in the working cylinder monitor the actual pressure values and transmit the values to the control system (max. control deviation +/- 0.5 bar).

Using a serial RS 232 interface (e. g. a PC), it is possible to process and transmit up to 20 segments to the press control system (Siemens S7) to generate the desired pressure curves, each consisting of one set pressure value and one time value. The press control system returns the actual pressure values and status messages to the PC, calculates the pressure curves, dynamically actuates the servo motor and carries out the comparison between set values and actual values.

Only the servo motor is actuated when pressure is generated in automatic operation and thus the press has a very low noise level and is perfectly suited for permanent operation in a laboratory. Very steep or very flat pressure curves can be run with the dynamic servo motor control without pressure fluctuations in the hydraulic system. Consulting, design, manufacturing and assembly including PLC control and LabView application to display and log the process curves on a PC - with us, you get all this from one source.

You will receive a design drawing as 3D model for presentation purposes and as a basis for discussions with the end customer.
